🎄 Flipmas Account & Data Deletion

Published in compliance with Google Play Store User Data & Account Deletion Policy and GDPR (Article 17: Right to Erasure).

1. Immediate In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can delete your account and all associated personal data immediately from within the Flipmas mobile app:

1. Open the Flipmas app on your device.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your selection in the confirmation dialogue.

Your account, credentials, and data are wiped immediately upon confirmation.

2. Web-Based Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can request account deletion via email:

Web deletion requests are verified and processed within 7 business days.

3. What Data Is Permanently Deleted

• Authentication Credentials: Your Firebase Authentication record, login tokens, and email identifier are immediately purged.
• User Profile: Display name, profile avatar URL, notification preferences, and wallet/profit stats are removed from Cloud Firestore.
• Inventory & Items: Any active stock items, prices, and receipt photos created by your account.
• Device Tokens: Push notification FCM tokens registered to your account.

4. Data Retention Period

No personal data or account identifiers are retained following account deletion. Once executed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
